Extension SAP Calculation

New Build Extensions are required to have a SAP Calculation, if you require this service, we can assist you on this site. As with our normal SAP Calculations, they are fully accredited and will be turned around in an extremely reactive time at a competitive price. 2 SAP calculations may be required dependant on the glaazed area of the dwelling (included in the price).

EPC - Energy Performance Certificate

New Build EPC for completed dwellings based on when we have previously calculated your original SAP for you.

PEA from our SAP Calculations

Our accredited SAP consultants can produce PEAs certifying the predicted levels of energy usage from the dwelling plans. The PEAs are then used in the off plan HIP packs, which are required when houses are being marketed or sold before developers have completed the build.
