EPC - Energy Performance Certificate

For clients who have previously had a SAP assessment completed by us, and who now require an New Build EPC.

We details of any changes to the original design that was incorporated into the SAP including the air pressure test result and details of the boiler installed. The price includes the lodgment fee (all EPC's are lodged with the government), and then a link to the New Build EPC certificate is sent to you for future use.
