Please insert the EI rating and SAP rating these can be taken from the SAP certificate. Alternatively a SAP certificate needs to be uploaded to our system in order to produce the PEA.

For multiple plots please download the Plot Sheet here and input the required data. Save the Plot Sheet as your email address and then Upload it to the website. Please remember to specify the quantity of PEAs required using the option at the bottom of the page.
