  • Full specification which sets out details of the following:
  1. Front/Rear door schedules and U-Values*
  2. Windows schedules and U-Values*
  3. Roof lights specification and U-Values*
  4. Total number of Fans, Flues, Lights and Fire Places
  • Wall, floor and roof construction with details of products specified, manufacturers and thickness.
  • Space and hot water heating system details.

* We can calculate your U-Values for an additional £40 excl VAT . (see bottom of form)

As of 6th April 2008, all new dwellings require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to form part of the Home Information Pack (HIP) if you would like to order an EPC at the same time as a SAP calculation the normal cost of £49 is discounted to £35.
