Before filling in the Form Below you will need the following information to hand in order to complete this form:

  • Full postal address including post code.
  • Full set of scale drawings including Plans, Elevations and Sections
  • Full specification which sets out details of Doors, Windows, Roof Lights including U-Values* for each element.
  • Full specification which sets out details of Walls, Floors, Roofs including U-Values* for each element.
  • Full details of HVAC systems employed, including controls.
  • Hot water storage provision
  • SES, PVS or wind generators proposed.
  • Mechnical ventilation and heat recovery spec.
  • Mechnical exhaust specification
  • Lighting design, lamp types and controls.

* We can calculate your U-Values for an additional £60 excl VAT . (see bottom of form)
