Support Tickets

SAPCALC.com offer support tickets each of which represents an hour of consultation with or work by one of our Assessors (we can communicate with you in person at our offices or by telephone or email). You may buy more than an hour by entering the desired figure in the quantity box below. A maximum of 2 hrs per day can be allocated but not limiting you to a maximum amount of time that can be purchased.

Support tickets are valid for 24hrs once activated by one of our assessors. We will contact you via email with a proposed time and date, and if accepted we will then contact you on the number provided in the form below.

Please Note that if your query is resolved before the elapsed time, you will not be entitled to a refund.
